  I ordered a simple, on menu item. Worker repeats to me. NOW, my opinion of a "Fast Food", franchise chain, is that they incorporate a Standard issue of needed supplies to complete the meal...you'd think. I get this, To Go at ordering, get meal, Ass/u/Me everything is in the, condiments package and walk home, 18 mins., open, prepare and butter pancakes...and WTF'K?!?!? A meal that clearly states pancakes with butter & syrup via a picture of!!! Did I have any syrup?? No. Everything including 2 salts for eggs, but, WTF'K?!?!?, No, pepper too?? I understand it's a minimum wage job but, she seemed intelligent, take lead, knows protocol....but I obviously was wrong. I shouldn't have to Check Condiment Bag.

  Don't work here. Fast training. Make mistakes get treated like a child. How do I know this? My friend worked there, and was let go because she didn't catch on quick enough. Piss poor customer service, all they care about is getting money and food in and out as fast as possible. I know personally I will not be going to this particular store ever again.
  When you work in customer service, you provide customer service on a high scale. Here it's fast and impersonal. With the exception of people that come in everyday.
