  Last time I had dinner was back in Jan of 2017 with some friends. It was great food in general and a great service. None I can say that wasn't any good, so I give it 5 stars. The Best Thing that happened was when I realized later on that evening, I had lost my wallet and found out the next day I left it on the table we were on inside. MOD himself had contacted me on fb about my missing wallet...thank goodness! One other reason I give it 5 stars. Thank you!

  Horrible service. We have somewhere to be at 1 which was close to the restaurant so stopped for a fast bite. They sat us down fast, took our order in a good amount of time and then NEVER came back for 51 minutes, not even to check on us. We missed our appointment and came from out of town. The lady upfront who we paid with asked how everything was and i told her horrible and she said sorry, have a good day! Hahahaha never coming back

  We waited 10 to 15 minutes to get waited on and decided to leave. We were served iced tea, but it was missing the ice. The waitress was busy vacuuming nearby but never bothered to come to our table. We quit going to this casino restaurant before it became Black Bear because of poor service. Apparently the service has not changed. We like the Black Bear in Elk Grove CA, but won't return to this one. With their high prices in comparison to the other casinos, they will have a hard time surviving.
